Class List

Predicaments 101

What Is a Predicament?
101 level – Length adjustable

Lew Rubens has been credited with saying, “all bondage is a predicament, and you’re going to have to pee at some point.”  In this class we will discuss what is and what could be a predicament. We will go over some basic methods, basic negotiations, etc. What types of “predicaments” are there? Pain vs Pain, Pleasure vs Pleasure, Pain vs Reward, and more.

Interactive: Yes. There will be many opportunities to for discussion and we may do some tie alongs.

Bottom required: No, but would be useful if class has time for a tie along.

Is this a tie along? Maybe

Rope fundamentals needed: larks head, single column tie, square knots.

Miscellaneous other equipment needed:   3 x 30 feet of natural rope, jute or hemp or a knowledge of how to tie nylon so it won’t slip.

What safety gear is needed? Safety cutter for sure, whatever you need to cut the rope you have: gut hook knife or safety sheers would be best and required.

How to Set Up a Predicament
101 level – Length adjustable

In this class we will talk about the materials used and some simple engineering principles. If we tie the rope here what will happen? How to make what we want happen, happen.

Interactive: Yes. We may do some tie along. Safety cutter needed.

Bottom required:  Yes.

Is this a tie along? Yes

Rope fundamentals needed: larks head, single column tie, square knots.

Miscellaneous other equipment needed:   3 x 30 feet of natural rope, jute or hemp or a knowledge of how to tie nylon so it won’t slip. Bring along some twine and nipple or otherwise clamps, Hitachi or other pleasure devices.

Predicaments 201

Predicament Psychology
201 Level - Length adjustable

This class is all about how to get into the actual “energy” of your predicament. In order to get the best out of your predicaments, you must have a willing top and a willing bottom. (Even if they are the one in the same) What will your bottom be thinking? How do you get your bottom to give a full effort during the predicament? How is a predicament different or the same as a regular scene? What do you want to happen? How do you get the results you want?

Interactive: Yes. This is more of a discussion and maybe some examples but not really a tie along. If we have time we may do some, but unlikely.

Bottom required:  No.

Is this a tie along? No.

Rope fundamentals needed: Knowing how to do box ties, compression ties, some sort of slip knot, would be helpful at this point but not necessary. Unless we have some free time at the end of the class.

Miscellaneous other equipment needed:   3 x 30 feet of natural rope, jute or hemp or a knowledge of how to tie nylon so it won’t slip. Bring along some twine and nipple or otherwise clamps, Hitachi or other pleasure devices.

What safety gear is needed? Safety cutter for sure, whatever you need to cut the rope you have; gut hook knife or safety sheers would be best and required.

Predicaments - Taking That Next Step Over the Edge
201 Level - Length adjustable

We will be implementing some of the basic techniques of predicaments to push the limits of our creativity and our bottoms. In this class we will be playing with fears, as well as pushing limits with regards to pain.

Interactive: Yes.

Bottom required:  Yes

Is this a tie along? Yes

Rope fundamentals needed: Knowing how to do box ties, compression ties, some sort of slip knot, would be helpful at this point but not necessary. Unless we have some free time at the end of the class.  Bring along a willingness to at least look at if not directly implement them.

Miscellaneous other equipment needed:  Jute twine, bring your rice, legos, tacks, candles…be creative. 3 x 30 feet of natural rope, jute or hemp or a knowledge of how to tie nylon so it won’t slip. Bring along some twine and nipple or otherwise clamps. Hitachi or other pleasure devices.

What safety gear is needed? Safety cutter for sure, whatever you need to cut the rope you have; gut hook knife or safety sheers would be best and required.

Predicaments 301

If It Doesn’t Rip Off, It’ll Be Ok
301 Class - Length adjustable

In this class we will be attaching clamps to anything that won’t (or might) rip off. We will be pushing each other to create advanced predicaments that will require some very tough body parts. Can your tongue hold a 1 lb weight while you crawl through legos while anally hooked? We may find out!

Miscellaneous other equipment needed:  Jute twine, bring your rice, legos, tacks, candles…be creative., bring your nipple clamps, violet wands. Bring your kits, bring the weights, bring the Hitachi’s, bring it all!! Bring an electric fence generator or one will provided.

What safety gear is needed? Safety cutter for sure, whatever you need to cut the rope you have; gut hook knife or safety sheers would be best and required.   We may need an EMT or paramedic on this one.

Can you breathe? (YES?) Seems it’s a bit too loose...
301 Class - Length adjustable

This class will be a strict demonstration and discussion on advanced techniques for creating edge or beyond the edge predicaments where only the most advanced predicaments players should be playing. This class will challenge even those advanced players.  We will be putting all the previous classes together, showing and discussing advanced water, breath play, possibly neck rope predicaments. This class is not a tie long, come only to talk about the techniques and witness examples.

Interactive: NO

Bottom required:  NO

Is this a tie along? NO

Rope fundamentals needed: None

Miscellaneous other equipment needed:  Bring nothing but yourselves to the class you will not be doing any actual work in this class.

What safety gear is needed? Safety cutter for sure, whatever you need to cut the rope you have; gut hook knife or safety sheers would be best and required. We may need an EMT or paramedic on this one.

Fireplay

Fireplay Basics
30 - 60 minutes

I’ve been doing fireplay for a little over 7 years (as of 2015). To say in that time I’ve done some form of fireplay on well over 1000 people would be a little conservative. I’ve given more demos then I can count as well as classes on this subject. I’m a bit of a firebug. We will go over basic of Firecuppping, where it came from, and where it is now. Fireblowing/Firekissing, Fireswiping. We'll talk about what types of materials work best, what type of cups to use, and basic safety requirements of fire play.

Advanced Fireplay
201 Level: 45 - 60 minutes

In this class we will touch on the basics, and expand our knowledge to other methods of doing Firecupping, Fireblowing/Firekissing, & Fireswiping. We will introduce new sources for fuel, as well as different equipment to use in fireplay.

Fear: Fuck Everything and Run
30-60 minutes adjustable to venue

“Fear can be a potent aphrodisiac.” ― Kele Moon, Beyond Eden

Fear is the physical and emotional response to a perceived or real danger. It creates in us a physiologic response. Our blood races in our veins, our breath quickens, our skin gets clammy, our minds become more focused on that which threatens us.  Our muscles may tense and we are preparing for the “flight or fight” response that may indeed save our lives.

Come see how ZenWarrior puts fear into a scene to trigger the basic flight or fight. (Tying the bottom will prevent some flights..lol) Fear play is about setting up a scene that will expose someone to that which causes that flight or fight syndrome. The Mind fuck can be a very big and integral part of a good fear based moment. I say moment because fear play at times can be a full-time job or it can be a brief encounter. When we deal with fear play we deal with knowing our partners deeper than just a first time meeting.

So how to use it in a scene? Come and find out.

Mind Fuckery
30-60 minutes adjustable to venue.

Description:   When is a knife not a knife? When is a twig the most dangerous thing in your arsenal? When your bottom believes that you’re doing something yet you’re doing something quite different. Ever burn someone with a touch? Let me show you how to make a blindfold into the tool of immense imagination.

About ZenWarrior

Dadist (Daddy/Dom/Sadist), Firebug, Rope Practitioner & Performer. After spanking his first partner around 1985 he was awoken to this wonderful way of life. For years he cruised chatrooms and experimented with many a nearly vanilla girlfriend, until he found The Woodshed Orlando around 2008. It wasn’t long before he owed his soul to the company soul, and was honored with a chance to DM at The Woodshed. It’s been an amazing journey. Along the way he has developed his own style of play. Most would say he's a fairly heavy player, but one of the things he is proud of is being able to play and match the abilities of even the most novice of players.
